We had the set lunch of burger and chicken scaloppine and a Seafood Risotto. The Angus beef burger was done very well. We could taste the sea in the risotto but unfortunately it was a bit on the salty side and it's the same for the chicken scaloppine. ⭐ 4.5

The Chef that worked on September 14, 2025 is the reason I am leaving this review I do suggest if you get the rest of your food to go, check to ensure you have ALL that was left on the plate as I did not receive the remainder of the Wagyu beef cheek I had left over. I returned to Dolce Vita today for my second visit, and it was nothing short of unforgettable. Around noon, I enjoyed the Wagyu beef cheek, paired with a Vitamin C citrus drink, a mocha latte, and a refreshing Paulaner beer. My friend ordered the five fromage pizza, and we shared truffle fries to start. The Wagyu beef cheek was the highlight of the meal — incredibly tender, melting in the mouth with rich, layered flavors. The portion was generous, so much so that I couldn’t even finish it, yet every bite was exquisite. The truffle fries were crisp and aromatic, and the beverages balanced the meal beautifully. Beyond the food, the ambience is captivating: soft jazz renditions of popular songs create a relaxing atmosphere that feels like a little piece of Italy here in Malaysia. The staff deserves special mention as well — attentive, patient, and knowledgeable, they enhance the overall experience with their warmth and professionalism. Dolce Vita has impressed me twice now, and I can’t wait to return to try more of their menu, especially the seabass in orange sauce next time. This is a place I would wholeheartedly recommend not only to solo travelers but also to families, as it’s more than capable of delivering an exceptional dining experience for everyone.

First time in La Dolce Vita and positively impressed! The place is quite, spacious and gives a nice feeling. The staff was very professional, kind and always ready to fulfill our requests. The food... We chose appetizer cold and warm: insalata di polpo (octopus salad), burrata cheese and caponata siciliano stile. All well prepared, with the Italian magic touch of the chef Stefano that served after this an impeccable roasted lamb, juicy and tender, with some little veggies and mushrooms. I love the lamb meat and rarely I enjoy so much: It's a must try! Nothing to say also about the tiramisù that was creamy, well balanced between the sweetness of the cream and the taste of coffee and cacao on top. The wine and coctail list, is well assorted, for every taste. I can say that this will be again my restaurant when I'll come back to KL. Highly recommend!

What really stood out for me was the focaccia and the sauce, absolutely delicious, and I found myself really missing it afterwards. The pizza was okay overall, the crust was great, though I felt the toppings were a little too oily for my preference. The other two mains we ordered were also delicious and enjoyable. Service was great, with staff who were attentive and friendly throughout our meal. The environment was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the food. Overall, it was a very good dining experience that left a positive impression.

Dolce Vita is a truly authentic Italian restaurant with a great atmosphere! For starters, we had the Burrata Cheese, a classic choice, but its balsamic reduction was absolutely amazing, a unique and sweet twist I hadn't experienced before. If you visit here, I would definitely recommend ordering their pizza, which was superb. We also tried the Tagliolini Duck Ragù and the Seafood Risotto; while they were alright and average, I wouldn't say they were extraordinary in my opinion. Overall, I still give this place a 5/5 rating, considering its authenticity and quality. I definitely can't forget their focaccia, and the dipping sauce is amazing too!
